What does it do

Usernoise adds a small “feedback” to one of the screen sides, allowing visitors to open and submit their feedback. The feedback submitted can be answered with plain email or discussed using a forum-like interface.

The most notable ones, but not all of them

“Feedback” tab

The feedback tab like the one is this site is added automatically. You can show or hide the tab on specific pages if you want.

Discussion list

You can add the list of the feedback already submitted to any of your site pages with code[feedbacks]</code> shortcode.

Customisable form

You can show disable any of the form fields on the second step. If all the second step fields are disabled – the second step will be omitted.

Linkable popup

It’s easy to point any link or menu item to Usernoise form. Just enter #usernoise as the link URL.

Custom types

Usernoise comes with a set of predefined feedback types. You can easily edit, delete or add them – with a type editor UI in WordPress version and by changing a few lines of code in PHP version.

WordPress version supports “screenshots” feature allowing your users to send you screenshots to illustrate their ideas. PHP version does not support them yet, but it’s coming soon.

Usernoise version 4 was built with mobile-first approach, smartphone and tablet users are first-class citizens seeing best UX possible.

Feedback statuses

Feedback statuses are supported in WordPress version to maintain correct visitor expectations.
